1965 Chevy Impala

We were proud to take on Tee Jay’s 1965 Impala coupe. The car had never been hit and was generally straight but she suffered from all the traditional rust spots. Floors, trunk, filler panel, lower quarter, lower fenders, windshield frame, rear window frame…..they were all rusted away. The challenge on this car was not only to replace all the rust but to ensure that the car would be factory straight. That challenge was amplified significantly by Tee Jay’s request to change the color to black; which of course shows every little wave/dent. We blocked, blocked and blocked some more and the results are exceptional. Flawless panels, perfect gaps, the highest gloss finish! When Tee Jay returns from Officer Training School he’ll have one beautiful ride to be show with pride.
